Peta Carige is regarded as one of the top Sports Dietitians in Sydney. After graduating with a duel degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and a Bachelor of Science she was able to obtain a clinical position in a tertiary hospital while maintaining sports nutrition work on the side. This allowed Peta to obtain a unique experience in numerous clinical areas as well as in sports nutrition and sports performance. Personally Peta’s background is in team sports and is a Touch Football representative player; therefore she loves training in the gym and outdoors. She loves having the knowledge and confidence to juggle sports commitments, training, work and her love of food and therefore helps her clients do the same.

As a busy mum with a young family, Amanda knows the importance of creating healthy and convenient food for the whole family. Amanda is as passionate about healthy food as she is in helping people achieve their nutritional goals. She believes that eating well doesn’t have to mean sacrificing the things you love, which is why she is dedicated to making healthy eating easy, fun and delicious. Amanda believes that in making small lifestyle changes for overall health and wellbeing and not just weight loss.

Amanda also has a real passion for sports nutrition, weight loss management, cardiac health and child nutrition. Between work and exercise, you can find her with family and friends enjoying the outdoors. She believes that moderation and balance is the key to leading a healthy, happy and successful life.

Amanda started her career in Private practice in 2008 and also did a short stint in Cardiac rehabilitation at The SAN Hospital before she lost her own father to cardiac disease. Amanda had to put her nutrition on hold for a couple of years to assist with the family business.
In 2015 Amanda took up a Nutrition Internship at the GWS Giants AFL team which ignited her love and passion for the dietetic field in particular sports nutrition. Since then she met Peta through Sports Nutrition and has started working in FFS Clinics in addition to consulting for:
